Welcome to the Cambridgeshire Badminton Association (Cambs BA), a County association affiliated to Badminton England.

Cambridgeshire Badminton Association is dedicated to the development and promotion of badminton throughout the whole of Cambridgeshire.  The county consists of around 30 affiliated clubs as well as hosting Junior, Senior and Masters teams playing in the Inter-County Championships.

New Coaching Courses in the Eastern Region

There are new Level 1 and Level 2 coaching courses available in or near Cambridgeshire in the upcoming months:

UKCC L1 Coaching Course: Suffolk New College Sports Centre, Ipswich. IP4 1LT. Dates: 9th June, 10th June and 1st July.

UKCC L2 Coaching Course: Bushfields Leisure Centre, Orton Centre, Peterborough. PE2 5RQ. Dates: 30th June, 1st July, 12th August, 2nd September.

Badminton Development Project - Cambridge

A New Year: Want to try a new sport?! 

Why not try GET BACK INTO BADMINTON!  (For adult beginners and those who haven't played for a while).

The 6 week coached course starts on the 12th January at Manor Sports Centre in Cambridge (Arbury Road), 6-7pm for adults who are of beginner level.

Coaching Opportunity, 8 wks, Central Cambs

Message from Di Thomas - BE Regional Officer:

Hi coaches,

I have been contacted by CSR S&SC Badminton Club who are a sports and social group from a workplace.

They are looking to do a block of 8 weeks coaching to learn about positioning etc, particularly for doubles.

They train at CRC (Cambs Regional College) and would be looking for someone to come and coach on 6:15-7:15pm on Wednesday nights, starting before Christmas.
